Job Description

As the Operations and Business Development Coordinator at Protect Access & Secure Information (PASI), you will be instrumental in managing operational functions while also driving business growth through client relationship management and lead generation. This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including training calendar management, administrative support, financial tasks, and social media marketing, alongside actively fostering relationships with current clients and generating leads for consultancy and training opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and business development skills, with the flexibility to work virtually and travel across Africa, Europe, and Asia as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Training Calendar Management:

  • Coordinate and maintain the training calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with trainers, clients, and internal teams to schedule training sessions and manage logistical requirements.


Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including records/document management, filing, and correspondence handling.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to training activities, client interactions, and financial transactions.


Financial Tasks:

  • Handle invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of invoices to clients.

  • Track expenses and financial transactions, reconciling accounts and preparing reports as required.


Social Media Marketing:

  • Assist in managing PASI's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.

  • Monitor social media analytics and trends to optimize marketing strategies and enhance brand awareness.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for additional consultancy and training services.


Lead Generation:

  • Identify and cultivate leads for consultancy and training opportunities, leveraging market research and networking efforts.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand PASI's client base and increase revenue streams.


Virtual Work and Travel:

  • Work remotely in a virtual environment, collaborating with team members and clients across multiple locations.

Qualification, Experiences and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement & Logistics, Marketing, Education Management or related field.

  • Proven experience in operations coordination, business development, and client relationship management.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building rapport and driving results.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media marketing platforms.

  • Flexibility to work virtually and travel internationally as needed.

  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Possess a valid passport and be willing to travel on short notice.
