Job Description
Reconcile receipts, sales, dispatches and transit by monitoring what is in the system and that on the ground to ensure there is proper reconciliation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, manage and supervise the warehouse operations and staff.
Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.
Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of fish.
Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels. Serving all orders placed by ensuring that there is sufficient stock cover.
Check orders, goods received and dispatch for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Plan and implement warehouse health, safety and security programs and activities.
Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and kept clean and tidy.
Direct and control YU controls, governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the cold storage operations.
Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork regarding on/off – loading, dispatching and proof of delivery, including filing and archiving all paperwork such signed delivery notes.
Coach, train, manage, and appraise the performance of warehouse staff.

evelop constructive and cooperative working relationships, problem solving, negotiations, and address warehouse team challenges.
Coordinate timely resolution of challenges related to loading, track turnaround time and dispatch.
Performs daily inventory stock take and reconciliations.
100% achievement of GIGO target by coordination of in/out bound traffic.
Cold storage and truck yard house-keeping management.
Ensuring accuracy in loading actual quantities and product type.
Monitoring and controlling crates at dispatch point.
Monitor the ageing of stocks to avoid deterioration (FIFO).
Minimize stock loss at the warehouse to the allowable standard.
Qualification, Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor of Degree of Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in cold storage.
Broad knowledge and in-depth experience in stock management, including stock take and stock reconciliation.
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Knowledge of Warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency and the ability to input, retrieve and analyze large volumes of data.
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills
